Lisa and Christy Complete Annual Selkie Henley Classic Swim

Lisa Newington and her friend Christy completed the 20th anniversary of the Selkie Henley Classic Swim on the 30th June and raised nearly £2,500 for funding research into Clear Cell Sarcoma.

The swim is on the Royal Henley Regatta course and took place early, on a cold June morning. Unfortunately, due to the state of our rivers, Lisa contracted a tummy bug which laid her up for several days. Lisa really did take one for the team but fortunately Christy was OK!
